Overall, the conditions are somewhat fair, but I just don't feel like my work and efforts are seen or appreciated. I am not given enough opportunities for career development. I appreciate the positive culture at the surface level and being able to ask questions. I volunteer for several initiatives.

They try to focus their job on finding the best product for their customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Some colleagues treat me with kindness and I feel seen and like at least my work matters to someone sometimes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many times I feel left out. I believe I could do more things to create better products, but managers and co-workers don't count on me for new initiatives or important decision making. I would like to be more involved, and I have shared this multiple times, but only the same people get to advance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I've been working for this company for more than one year, and HR hasn't given me an access card for the office I work for, because I work for home most days, and I don't go there everyday. Yet, I do come to the office sometimes, for events, get togethers, meetings, etc. I feel very frustrated.
