Certinia cares about the wellbeing of the employees, all my colleagues are amazing and the environment is relaxed and flexible. On the other side there are no opportunities to grow for senior people and the salary is below the average.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Taking into account my years of experience, my achievements at the company and the current valuation of my profile in the market I can say with a high degree of certainty that I'm underpaid. I had this talk with my manager, he recognized my contributions but said that there is no more budget.
