They seem to have an excellent grip of our market, and a sustainable strategy and plan to continue to succeed in serving customers in that market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My most recent pay rise was a cut in both real terms (deflated by any measure of inflation you care to choose) and compared to the market. I was extremely disappointed, and the radio silence since then leads me to assume that this is part of a plan (as used by many companies) to exploit loyalty.
