What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It just feels very US centric and the EMEA team are an after thought this could be easily rectified by our leader been more inclusive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and teamwork still work in silos, needs to start from the top for instance our leader not booking meetings that or on bank holidays for EMEA so they can actually take part and be more involved a lot of segregation is happening due to things like this
