Focus seems to be on hiring friends of employees and not necessarily the best candidate for the job - typical of small private companies. Having contractors with no background in our field dictating processes seem counterproductive as well.

Getting to do what I love and being paid well to do it. Also mentoring others on things I'm passionate about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited vacation including the company wide shut down between Christmas and New Years and the $75 a month wellness benefit. The pay is excellent as well.
