Great to work with, supportive & knowledgable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Reasonably focussed (at least in part); there is too much of it though.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holiday - because of the 'extra' days added for Christmas & occasional company days.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes focus on targets ignores that we all have different levels of skills and approaches to work, we're not all the same, however much it looks like it on a screen.
