My salary! And also the PTO and company holidays. The other parts of the package are fine but not outstanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In general, any issues raised are taken seriously and dealt with, so we do not have to work around long standing impediments (which I have definitely experienced at other organisations)
