What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the company invests in getting to know us better through events, that's why I didn't like the cancellation of the summer party this year.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with my colleagues. I like to have the idea of continuous improvement, see where there is room for improvement and report back for improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are always there, but I also have an exceptional manager who always supports me and helps me in everything I propose. I am very grateful to have the manager and colleagues I have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it's great to have private insurance but I really like the summer and christmas events that the company has always been doing and this year for the first time the summer event has been cancelled.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They should be clearer in the Town halls. They can't say that the company is doing great, high profits, more clients customers ... and then the raises come and there are none. If you tell the workers the truth they will understand.
