I think my responses may seem a little contradictory. Certinia is a great place to work. That said, the largely virtual model is hugely flexible, but can be lonely and isolating. I can work for days without any feedback. Perhaps just a symptom of the role.

High value on inclusion and authenticity. Good culture of support from peers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Whilst they're quite far removed from the regions outside of the US at times, they are very accessible and responsive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Number of PTO and Certinia-gifted days in a year; great additional health and insurance benefits (Simply Health well used in our house).
What makes you most happy at work?
I am motivated to do well and really enjoy working with colleagues. However, I do feel quite isolated at times and find it hard to motivate myself when I'm not sure whether the work I'm doing is making a difference.
