Mr. Craig F. Maier served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. since 1989. Mr. Maier joined Frisch's in 1975 as a Manager Trainee in Restaurant Operations. He owned and operated a Big Boy franchise in New Richmond, Ohio and served for several corporate positions including Area Supervisor, Divisional Vice President and Executive Vice President. Mr. Maier served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Maier has been an Independent Director of Cincinnati Bell Inc. since July 25, 2008. He serves on the Board Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Cincinnati Museum Association, Cincinnati Arts Association, Cincinnati Zoo and the Dan Beard Council -- Boy Scouts of America. He served as a Director of Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. from 1984 to August 24, 2015. Mr. Maier is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Conn. Mr. Maier has Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University.
