Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is in comparison to my previous job. Compensation is only one aspect of my job and I know this sound conflicting but I feel underpaid but not undervalued.

We put our lives on the line every night for minimum wage. The only people more likely to get shot on the job than convenience store workers are police officers, but at least they get body armor and are allowed to defend themselves.

Dont treat you as part of a team we are just another number for company.

They're self checkouts seem smart Until you realize that they're overcharging you and they overcharge almost everyone

Better pay more hours better benefits

Fire the managemt and get better people in the store as a whole

A proper team and accountability for tasks or repetitive issues

Others often get to lounge around while i have to carry weight but they still get more hours

I feel undervalued because I see my female co workers being promoted because they're women and not because they know what they're doing

Never receive positive feedback constantly being talked down to yelled at and treated unfairly

I believe ( I know what I did was wrong but I also believe that good employee's should get another chance.

I don't like the fact that I have to travel to 2 different stores. I'm ubering and my manager knows it and I feel like she is bullying me and retaliating against me because I wanted to leave. And I am paying $200 a week to Uber back-and-forth to work. I don't think that's fair at all .
