Most definately. Management ppl, should be pulling their weight by going in the cooler to fill empty slots, if they dont set a good ex then CSR wont do it. Or ppl just use the excuse its too cold to work in the cooler. Thats just being lazy!!!

Giving appropriate amounts of hours, paid breaks, and benefits for the hardworking employees who make all of the profit for this company
Hire managers or extensively train them properly. Managers that can't even look you in the eye or manage with the passive aggressive technique as their only style is horrible.

I earned quarter raise 3 times to be at 14.75 then pay increased due to minimum wage going up to 16 so it made me lose those step raises and dont feel that's fair
Every company I've worked for has thrown pizza parties to improve company moral. Circle K is too cheap to even have pizza parties.
It is in comparison to my previous job. Compensation is only one aspect of my job and I know this sound conflicting but I feel underpaid but not undervalued.
We put our lives on the line every night for minimum wage. The only people more likely to get shot on the job than convenience store workers are police officers, but at least they get body armor and are allowed to defend themselves.

Do the work,stay of your phones, and spend less time smoking outside. The 1st 2 hrs of any shift is the most important cuz if you fall behind, then your gonna be struggling to get your work done on your shift

Them to actually do their job instead of management just letting them play on phone all shift but management doesn't say anything cause afraid if they do then associate quits and they have to work for them
The quality of employee is quite unique to circleK. But i guess you get what you pay for.

Pay your employees a living wage and give your stores enough hours to actually run properly
New staff and management team one that know the true meaning of Leadership, Values, Moral and much more
Get rid of toxic management.
Hire people who can do thwir jobs and care

A manager that can you look you in the eyes abs and speak clearly.
That they actually start to really interview people instead of hiring anybody that is willing to take their pay and sign their name.
Managers are so desperate for help that they will often hire the first person that comes in looking for a job.
