Treating employees as People with different strengths and weaknesses
Learn to show respect for employees who actually work hard and follow the rules
Everything communication and management especially

It is in comparison to my previous job. Compensation is only one aspect of my job and I know this sound conflicting but I feel underpaid but not undervalued.
We put our lives on the line every night for minimum wage. The only people more likely to get shot on the job than convenience store workers are police officers, but at least they get body armor and are allowed to defend themselves.
Review from Operations Dept
I've always been an employee who was always given high performing reviews. With the new management I was given "good contributor"
My 15 plus yeqrs of retqil and leadership
More than min wage would be nice
My co-workers are great, very hard working
The teamwork, how we help each other to reach the goals
The understanding of convenience for our guests is of the utmost importance. Not having to spend time looking for something helps.

Hire people who can do thwir jobs and care
The manager needs to be replaced
They need to respect their employees but they don't want to do that so they need to be sued into Oblivion because of the overcharging on self-checkout but they'll use it as an excuse to say it's still working out the Kinks
Review from Customer Success Dept
The company need to be inclusive
Better managers and better pay these pay scale are for teenagers and not adults with families it's ridiculous with how the cost of living is the pay is shameful
That they actually start to really interview people instead of hiring anybody that is willing to take their pay and sign their name.
Managers are so desperate for help that they will often hire the first person that comes in looking for a job.

More affective screening process. Job openings seem to be filled with individuals who aren't suitable.
The manager talked.about her employees to me on my first day there
The customers resent each other. There are homeless people everywhere.
Review from Operations Dept
Higher pay for the hard workers, employee bonuses, management need to actually manage and interact with employees. Employees and store conditions are a reflection of management. Ask customers to provide feedback, acknowledge complaints, and MM should visit stores frequently on a monthly basis.
Less workers, not enough pay. More workers, higher pay.
Hire a professional area manager that don't accuse people with no proof of stealing and terminating them through work day to play the side of Leslie when she is the one making it a toxic environment and have another employee verbally attach another employee the day after the. Store manager goes vaca
Your district managers need to have more insight on what's going on between the employees not just the sales
Management not allowing other employees to use someone elses login information
