Conpany states that work life balance is a priority whilst driving 15+ hour days and weekend work. Toxic culture where youre exoected to cancel anythibg and everything, including sleep, to achieve goals. Its like a prison and i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Haphazard, as everything due to lack of staff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Start leaving en masse, as it isnonky way theyll learn.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop saying Citi cares about work life balance when putting 10pm meetings in on Friday nights.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would make more at McDonalds considering i work over twice my contracted hours with no overtime.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staff cuts. Drive for reduction in workforce as those uucky enough to be left behind will pick up slack
