The company is well known for extremely stingy comp packages. You literally have to leave the company to get a decent salary increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some very experienced employees who are able to achieve great things despite lack of resources. You can learn a lot from them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Antiquated systems; lack of true innovation in an environment under a consent order, where the only job growth is in control and compliance positions, and where people are promoted based upon skin color and gender. White male employees openly talk about being discriminated against.
