The diversity is great at citi. But unless you move out of the team and get a promitional job. You dont get promotions, all the work you work for the team will go in the wain. No apprecieations, no incrememts for analysts, only senior level people get good amount of salaries and bonuses.

Diversity and fun work is effcetive.

Nothing impressive, no one act like a true leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salaries are under paid for analysts, over time is not paid for the work but they always expect to work on weekends and late hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Appreciation and fair compensation should be fair to all level. Promotions should ve given to the people who work hard and provide more value to the company not based upon partiality.
