Hands off. They provided the tools and oversight without micromanaging.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had two different job interviews, but the initial face-to-face versus Zoom was the one that impressed me the most and I accepted. Additionally, the speed at which the second job interview was so much better than the other one.
