True leadership not a company handbook. Most work together fine.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no actual leadership. Most simply tow the company line.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
An overall company change. They don't seem to realize that they are still relying on a reputation that no longer exists in reality
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The culture drives upon using under-educated and unskilled workers to perform the vast majority of its underbelly. Because most are unaware of how little there being paid many do fall for the culture brainwash. However that said many do not and it is a revolving door.
