They’re good people and everyone is down to earth. I guess you have to be humble to work for such a low wage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers who actually care and interact with their employees daily. A company who is more understanding of their employees need for more flexible schedules (like people with sick kids, or single parents)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Citi is all about their bottom line. They don’t care enough about their employees to give them managerial support who actually helps or cares, and they don’t care enough about their people to pay decent livable wages. Especially considering how I flexible schedules are, and the overall stress
