Not all employees are held to the same standards & rules as others. There is little to no accountability with tenure employees. The company would benefit to train/retrain employees old & new when policies change in their job function to insure everyone if following the same rules/instruction.
They may not always succeed, but they try to make sure employees know they are appreciated. They also try to have team building & mural busting exercises each month in different ways & encourage fun/friendly competition between teams in the same department for small incentives. Your team is family.
Going to work is often times like going to see your family &/or friends. You may not all get along all of the time, but they're there when you need them most. You can also pretty much guarantee you're going to learn something new each day in terms of your job, which I enjoy.
