Clean the office, the carpet is disgusting. Try to make it more comfortable for your employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
give credit where it’s earned and give growth opportunities other than Florida and Texas. If the Maryland state taxes are too high consider moving close to a cheaper neighboring state instead of taking away jobs, opportunities, and budget.
