Too much favoritism. Only idiots get promoted to management, skilled workers are hard to find.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promote based on knowledge and not friends/relatives.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the favoritism, hire UMs that don't sit in their cubicle all day visiting their friends, looking at their phone.
