I love it at Citi. I am able to determine my schedule, within reason, and can work independently as well as part of the team. Everyone on the team is supportive and helpful, never putting anyone down for lack of knowledge.

It's laid back for a corporate bank. It doesn't feel like a rat race to climb a ladder to the top.

They listen and actively stay involved in even the lowest level of employees. They don't just stay in an ivory tower, inaccessible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We never have spats that last longer than our 10 minute stand up. Everyone is on the same page and works efficiently to get things done.
