
It would make me feel better if I or my direct manager has any say in the compensation, what I need to do to grow at the company or anything constructive.
Cost cutting needs to be reduced. The water filter on my floor has not been changed. The coffee provided is of the lowest grade. It feels more like working for a textile company in 50s rather than working for a multi billion dollar financial conglomerate.
The cost cutting across the board has made growth and culture very archaic. In my case my manager has no say in annual bonuses or growth opportunity. My managing director makes all the decision without knowing what I did or what my qualifications are. The culture and cost cutting needs to be reduced
