Disappointing, saddening. The only good thing is that the expectations are so unrealistic for the position I was hired into and support is so absent, that I had to learn a lot in a very short period of time, so now I have all these new skills and experience to bring to other companies.

it was a breeze, as long as you list a bunch of shiny credentials in your resume, the interview part really requires no effort.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honesty and cultural progress. Get off the white boys’ club mentality wagon. These guys lie so much is embarrassing, they spend more time in cover-ups than they do in fixing what they've done wro
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
intolerance and sheep mentality. Leaders have to stop lying and encouraging exclusion; employees need to stop adapting to the trend of the moment and dare to speak up and be different, otherwise, this company will never change
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a minority employee that is overworked, exploded and grossly underpaid when compared to non-minority employees with the same job. Speaking up about what I see or experience, will guarantee my prompt dismissal from the company, so there's that. The word Honesty is a foreign concept to Citi
