Compensation is not competitive. It's really a hit or miss when it comes to career growth. Some managers are better at advocating for their employees' growth, while others leave much to be desired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't have much to say since I have been working at home. I would rather not go back to the office. The professional development webinars are good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a female minority, and for all the talk of helping individuals like me grow their career, I have had neutral experiences when it comes to asking for a raise, or promotions. This seems to be a problem with big companies, they are too complex to navigate.
