Common courtesy when scheduling personal appointments, lunches and time off...check with your teammates who have to cover you and make sure there isn't something conflicting going on first!
I interviewed long before it became this computerized "weeding them out" process. Where people were taken at their actual value when you met them in person or spoke to them over the phone instead of disqualifying them based on what their resume says.
Clueless as to the needs of the employees and the way things flow in an efficient manner within the office/patient setting. BUT, I will say, I understand their intentions are good for the bottom line and efficiency as well as for patient care and safety as it appears on paper.
