the best part is that the medical benefits are really good and not that expensive

The benefits used to be much better. The health insurance offered is worse than at other hospitals I've worked at in Ohio.

Getting to eat lunch and go to starbucks to get coffee

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's general negativity and many people don't seem interested in working as a team. Working in healthcare can be really difficult, but good coworkers and teamwork make the difference. Managers here need to build teams instead of just hiring individuals who look good on paper.
