Work is great. Apart from my coworkers, I enjoy a good and healthy relationship with my supervisor and Manager.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are troublesome and sometimes very discriminatory

Most times they know what they are doing. They explain things and policies before hand. Great leaders
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did not have ten thousand questions to ask. Apart from assessing my abilities with general few questions, all other questions were work related.
What makes you most happy at work?
Running tests and knowing that I’m helping people out there is enough to get me through the day. I work at the lab section
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It’s fair enough. Better than when I worked some place else. They will literally compensate you every cent you use towards work related projects, from travels to fuel
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone else is great but my coworkers. I work second shift and they are honestly a handful. When I worked first shift, I had no issues. The people I work with are mostly white, male, so yeah
