Everyone works together for teamwork the job is done when everyone gets done with it nobody leaves until everyone else is OK
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise Because I am in school for my BSN I was informed that once I obtain it I did not get a raise that the tuition they pay for my school is my raise
