ClubCorp Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like having a range of access to what the club provides, ie, golf, discount meals, and access to the gym and pool. I like that I am provided with needed jackets and pants and if I want more I can get them for a discount.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I get vacation pay and sock time

Paid vacation my first year

Vacation and sick pay. Never have really gotten a true vacation from here though.

As a contractor I am able to set goals. Once we meet and then surpass we are compensated very fair

I did not get one

Review from Sales Dept

Access to the clubs and being paid enough to afford to dine at them occasionally is great!

Review from Operations Dept

Free golf and food yay

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

401K, better benefits and set time off

The managment doesn't handle conflict and "sweeps things under the rug"- quote from my GM. I would like new management

they make funds available so that the managers can show appreciation and compensation for above and beyond, but the managers tend to spend it on themselves instead

better paid, 401k and better health benefits

Treating terribly, and very underpaid

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being treated what im worth and acknowledgment

More pay, better advancement opportunities.

The benefits are terrible. Vacation policy is antiquated ith no distinction between hourly/higher level positions at club level. The medical is expensive and not even a great plan.

simple more pay. mahbe shares of the company wijldnt be so bsd

Should be able to cancel

Love how all my hard work has been credited to my food and beverage manager who is nothing more then a overpaid secretary.

A review for a change and to raise the service charge acordingky!

For the things I do I feel that I am under paid.

Review from Operations Dept

That the service charge actually be afforded to employees

The pay is the lowest in the industry. With a related college degree and several professional certifications that allow me to do my job, I still cannot make a living wage. I am paid less than $15 an hour in a area where the rent for a one-bedroom apartment can be upwards of $900 a month.

Nothing I hate working for this company?

Look at the industry standard and why we are being paid. It's not even close.

I feel like I am not paid comparable to other directors.

Worked way too hard for my pay

Review from Sales Dept

Been at the company 3 yrs someone hired in at the same pay rate as me kind of a slap in the face tbh
