I feel like this company is failing. They are defendants in more than one multi-million dollar lawsuits which they are likely to lose. Combine this with the covid-19 pandemic you have a recipe for extended low wages with no hope for advancement.

We always encourage each other to do better. This includes finding better jobs.

The entire management needs to take some leadership courses. While we have many supervisors, there are very few leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the camaraderie between the employees. We are consistently encouraging each other to do better. This includes finding better jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company needs leaders. Those that are willing to do the right thing instead of the thing that makes them the most money. There are some real garbage human beings running this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is the lowest in the industry. With a related college degree and several professional certifications that allow me to do my job, I still cannot make a living wage. I am paid less than $15 an hour in a area where the rent for a one-bedroom apartment can be upwards of $900 a month.
