I love my job and I am excited to get up and go to work to help our members change their quality of life as well as see them do it on their own.

For the things I do I feel that I am under paid.

They are dedicated to their jobs and have a member is first mentality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is room for improvement and we have a family type of environment with most of the members
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing members reach their goals and seeing the members using the club. I thrive on seeing members and interacting with them
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its been so long ago but the person that hired me was very nice and was very welcoming and gave me the opportunity to advance.
