I've worked at my club for over 9 years. And the management is terrible. No true leadership at my club. Toxic work environment.

Been so long ago basically begged to work here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation and sick pay. Never have really gotten a true vacation from here though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my coworkers are good but most are lazy and don't have the passion to serve. Mostly because of our leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being creative and being in the top tier of food cost. Being able to work the same schedule without major change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The same members come and we know what to expect from them because they always eat and drink the same things. Never have really changed in the years I've been here.
