The service team is amazing and we all truly work as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop the flip. Treat your employees with respect and pay them what they are worth. Turnover should never be this high!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The environment is negative and management almost makes it feel hostile. There are double standards for the service staff the management walks all over.
