Throughout my years with ClubCorp, I've learned a lot, I've grown a lot, and I've improved a lot. But the number of times that I have felt like a tool and not a person has left a sour taste in my mouth. If I ever make enough to afford membership, I'd sooner donate it all than join ClubCorp.

Access to the clubs and being paid enough to afford to dine at them occasionally is great!

Caring about employees as people, and hearing them and their concerns is more important than the leadership team will ever understand.

My fellow service staff are all incredible people who care about each other, the members, and ensuring that great service is delivered for everyone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Telling employees they can't wear masks during a pandemic because it makes YOU or CORPORATE uncomfortable is about the scummiest thing someone can do. Try caring about your employees, and members, as people rather than prioritizing profits and your own comfort.
