Non management employees are family

Non management coworkers work hard are underpaid but take care of each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been at the company 3 yrs someone hired in at the same pay rate as me kind of a slap in the face tbh
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees with respect not talking behind their backs keeping political views to themselves punctual pay checks and vacations payouts shouldn't have to jump thru hoops for already earned money
