I like that I feel supported and part of a team.
I like having a range of access to what the club provides, ie, golf, discount meals, and access to the gym and pool. I like that I am provided with needed jackets and pants and if I want more I can get them for a discount.

As a contractor I am able to set goals. Once we meet and then surpass we are compensated very fair

Most of the members and coworkers have a golf course attitude where things are laid back, and people are comfortable having fun. We always have conversations with members and exchange stories. Everyone does what they need to and have a good time
