Good direction, strong leadership, trust the workers
they are very friendly and easy to talk to
Energetic, embracing, easy-going and open-minded
Great great great great company
they are communicative with the process,
Do a better job of taking accountability for the poor employee survey results and actually do things to improve the work environment.

They cut bonuses from more experienced staff who are exempt and added bonus to non exempt staff. In addition, exempt staff and non exempt staff are eligible for same bonus percentage.

Higher salary to match the market
Heathcare benefits are terrible. Stock and bonus programs were severely cut back. We are not on track with our industry peers. Losing quality people.
Compensate according to skills acquired and customer satisfaction.
They care about work quality

Everyone pulls their own weight
Highly competent. Highly engaged. Very loyal.
Very cooperative, helpful and good bunch of people.
My immediate team members are jaded and fun.
Management creates a group of employees based on metrics unrelated to business matters and its a environment based on sex and attraction and appeal

Managers do not care! Neither they have any interest in employees
It would help if all coworkers at least made an attempt to come in office for meetings
Communication needs to improve, training needs to be better
Coworkers are great to work with
Coworkers are friendly for the most part

Cooperation amongst teams. Willingness to give back to community as a group of people (company does not match).
No surveys or outside control determining your employment risk, they're really focused on your attitude mostly first, followed by ability to learn errors and adjust, and that is followed by learning/memory retention
We laugh and can be ourselves
Embracing and willing-to-share culture in terms of skills and expertise
Employees have say and there should be fair treatment of Employees
They just need to listen to us.
They need to find a better process for hiring and value employees that have been there for many years and reward their experience.

The interview process was very fair.
1 month projected started date felt sterile and impersonal and nearly 5 months in I still need medical benefits.
Fleixble to needs, I had a vacation prior to my start date and they worked out things like testing and legal agreements around that for me.
Honesty and openness about the actual daily operation
Nothing, I thought it went fairly smooth
I never really interviewed with Computershare. I started as a temp though BNYM and was a casualty of the buy out.

The people who are around me.
I am most happy when I am working remotely
Performing at a high level
Work from home, i like the flexibility
Being with people who have values and are kind
Having 40% of your staff required to commute to office and being micro managed with badge swipe reporting while 60% get total remote freedom creates an inequitable work environment. Until Computershare addresses this toxic situation nothing will improve here.

Bureaucracy stifles our work culture.
lack of communication, lack of training
The company was good to work for before Computershare bought it. People are now treated like cattle and used like toilet paper. New management is crucial and promotions need to be based on merit.
