Computershare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Employee share scheme and medical

I have a lot of benefits that i can take part in

Pto is very generous for long term

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Heathcare benefits are terrible. Stock and bonus programs were severely cut back. We are not on track with our industry peers. Losing quality people.

Compensate according to skills acquired and customer satisfaction.

Because i feel like my schedule is something that can be changed. To be told there is no chance to change it and if i miss work then i get wrote up is crazy. When there is a simple solution

Similar jobs at other companies pay better

We work harder than we ever have for the same pay, and our benefits were slashed.

hard word, pay is minimum compare to the market. You work there for 15 years, know inside out and your salary will be equal to newly recruit.

better pto policies would be great
