Do a better job of taking accountability for the poor employee survey results and actually do things to improve the work environment.
They cut bonuses from more experienced staff who are exempt and added bonus to non exempt staff. In addition, exempt staff and non exempt staff are eligible for same bonus percentage.
Having 40% of your staff required to commute to office and being micro managed with badge swipe reporting while 60% get total remote freedom creates an inequitable work environment. Until Computershare addresses this toxic situation nothing will improve here.
