Adjust bonus metrics. Its too skewed to tenured agents; newcomers should be allowed to bonus based off 1% or 2% . The company has a low retention rate and cant figure it out. This would help

Imaging selling a washing machine worth $900 to only make $1.50 off of it. Employees are treated like trash unless you have tenure. Good luck trying to advance and if you do get ready for the target that would be put on your back from jealous employees. Better commisi8n structure is needed.
Probably have some time for them selfs
Better working conditions. Workload in 100 degree heat is dangerous and unethical
Stop the cliques. Be excited to worn and have the exciting energy. Be willing to help new hires. Also, stop the constant drama and secret talks.

Manger basically threaten us if we don’t feel comfortable working with him we can just walk out the door, which is in my opinion a threat that no matter what we do he isn’t going anywhere and also I manager would want to fix the situation not force out there employees. Ans his name is Vic Pi

It wouldnt be so bad if they didnt take forever to contact you

Quicker response time or having a hiring center to specialize in hiring so there is a faster response from the company because managers are always to busy to reach back to applicants

High turnover is the problem
If the company says it focuses on family, then show it. Managment needs to figure out if they really want to be there or not , it shows through their attitudes that they don't. Conns seems to be a dying company.
Too much favoritism. Too much foul language. Too much use of extremely loud soul music. Undesirable work environment due to constant non-working HVAC. No water/drinks provided by Conn's HomePlus. Extremely unsanitary restrooms + open to public.
