My colleagues and our client are amazing

VP is awesome, supportive and caring.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If my supervisor showed more emotional intelligence and actively engaged with her staff. She just barks orders and is not professional. Poor leader and no communication between her and us. I hate it!

What makes you most happy at work?

Being heard and appreciated, my VP is the best but my SPV needs to be nice, caring, and should embody a vision. She shod lead by example and communicate. She's been on oard for over 6 months and we've never even had a 1:1 meeting.
