There is very poor communication starting at the top of the company extending downward.

The company needs to invest more in its employees by offering better health insurance and increased recognition on work anniversaries, milestones, etc...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A debt free company should be willing to extend that excess revenue and invest in it's employees for helping get the company where it is.
