The company needs to invest more in its employees by offering better health insurance and increased recognition on work anniversaries, milestones, etc...
Compensation is below industry standards. Annual employee evaluations are done in a way to minimize annual raises. No bonuses for exceptional work just emails with a bunch of smiley faces and graphics to express the quality work you're providing the company. 401k match is a joke at 10% contribution.
I quit. That was the only way I would feel value again. And it worked. I'm at a great place. I should have done this a lot sooner!
If my supervisor showed more emotional intelligence and actively engaged with her staff. She just barks orders and is not professional. Poor leader and no communication between her and us. I hate it!
