What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a lot of cross contamination. You have fish and vegetables cooked in pork and beef fats. There is really no vegan options for folks with allergies or religious preferences.

2 managers are bullies. They are mean, humiliate us, scream at us, and Take our schedules when we stand up for ourselves and others. This causes productivity to be down. Employees are crying at work, walking away from managers because they are screaming at us to do something, and calling off.

They hate waiting hours for their food and then when they finally get it, it's cold.

Well there's a lot of problems and I'm really tried of alot

Constantly running out of food and we are always microwaving things and serving undercooked or cold food to save on food cost. Management will do anything to save a dollar at the expense of customer satisfation and ae have lost a ton of business because of it

Something is wrong with management im not sure why theres so many issues

Poor management, it affects the employees and customers.

Leasership is what is wrong. I believe new leadership is necessary to improve our environment. I do not think leadership should be fired, but possibly relocated.

WE WANT BREAKS WE DESERVE BREAKS

Though their lack of honesty due diligence due process no communication hostile work environment most if not all our unprofessional

They have unrealistic expectations. So of course they are perpetually upset that they didn't meet them. When you have delusions of grandeur, you have to get used to being disappointed.

Review from Admin Dept

The New CEO and the scheduling changes and pushing everyone to do more task in less time.

Review from HR Dept

Guests complain of absent servers, wait times, cook times, and food quality

General manager as favoritism double standards quick judgment and stick to them doesn't list The Other Side Story

all employees should be treated with dignity and respect. No 12 hour shifts except rare occasion and ALWAYS proper meal breaks, and 10 minute breaks throughout the shifts

Need on hands trainning instead of a computer

Fair wage and treatment and following policies needs enforced

So many employees are burnt out or aware they're getting the short end of the stick, that they don't care to do any better. What's the worst that can happen, after all? They get fired and get a job that pays better? No wonder the cooks take their time, servers slack, etc.

Understaffed stores and overworked managers. Every day there's a new focus or initiative where they are making it more complex than it needs to be.

Management. Management is TERRIBLE. Care about your enployees and treat them like people and just maybe we wont be so understaffed

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Management to have more training how to work as a team and treat their employees with dignity and respect. Mental health is real and they create a hostile work environment and something needs to be done. This is not right we are human we are not robots
