The customers! They help keep things positive! Without them the place would be a hellhole and very negative!!!
The associates and merch team work well together, for the most part.
My coworkers are a kind, work hard, and are an encouraging group of people! All ages and stages mesh well together.
My coworkers are incredibly hard workers, and provide all the help they can when they are able to. Management lacks, but the employees make up for it.
The only meetings we have is to stop dropping cigarette butts in the parking lot instead of talking about how we can fix what's going on.
