What do you like best about the leadership team?
Forward thinking, supportive and impressive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Know there jobs in regards to proper procedures and policies to properly manage and motivate the team.
Hiring qualified individuals. Holding the DOS accountable. Poor leadership, not a clue as to what's going on.
There is no teamwork no leadership
Caring for everyone not just select people

Fair salary and fair health benefits

Not feeling threatened bout everything or dismissed as a person

What i need best from my team they always work as a team, together

Being polite to everyone and anyone

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only my coworkers who are on the ground level getting the job done. All the while the culture is toxic, and managers have created a toxic and hostile work enviroment. Cases have been brought to HR about several things backed with evidence, and their favorites come out untouched.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and HR and employees
A new general manager at the hotel
Crescent needs to do a better job at hiring their GMs, or one has a hotel full of demoralized staff.

The people I work with however the executive team need to look in the mirror
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get the sales office updated, a cleaning person and maintenance to help out. Send DOS through training or hired a qualified DOS.

The general manager does not care about staff or customers
