Hiring qualified individuals. Holding the DOS accountable. Poor leadership, not a clue as to what's going on.

There is no teamwork no leadership

Caring for everyone not just select people

Team work and communication amongst them

I worked for Crescent for 7 yrs.....I thought I would retire from them however the culture changed.The CEO had a kill attitude and many great leaders left.The COO is not guest driven and only listens to what he wants to hear...he needs to go to Hospitality school.

No issues with my immediate boss. In general, exec team has no accountability
