Hiring qualified individuals. Holding the DOS accountable. Poor leadership, not a clue as to what's going on.

No issues with my immediate boss. In general, exec team has no accountability
I worked for Crescent for 7 yrs.....I thought I would retire from them however the culture changed.The CEO had a kill attitude and many great leaders left.The COO is not guest driven and only listens to what he wants to hear...he needs to go to Hospitality school.
