What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hiring qualified individuals. Holding the DOS accountable. Poor leadership, not a clue as to what's going on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Get the sales office updated, a cleaning person and maintenance to help out. Send DOS through training or hired a qualified DOS.
