Review from Customer Support Dept

Fair pay for the work I do.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A much better consistency in placing people in jobs. Pay people for the work they do and a better mileage program.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay the people a living wage; we are well below that at $11 - reimburse the people that are travelling to do your business store to store to store

Treating everyone the same. Treating all people the same

MORE pay and nicer management

Better or compensation on gas allowance.

Need at least cost living raises if nothing!!! Dont iffer any benefts at all!! We wirk hard at what we do, nobody wants to work because of pay they would get!!

When you Google Crossmark profits and pay rates and know you're not even close to the $54-59 wage, its disheartening. To work 10 years without a raise is pathetic and reason for the great turnover rate at the store level. The bonuses are kept for the office workers as we never get them. So sad.

because other places that hand out food samples tend to have better pay salaries than what we have.

could be alot better similar to most companies

If crossmark would act like my check not being delivered mattered to them

As a part time event specialist we are not entitled to any benefits or raises. I think the company wants us to work 20 years for the same pay as hired on $11.00 an hour.

I work hard and affectively. During the pandemic a small group of us worked sanitizing Sam's Club. No show of appreciation for working during a life threatening time and environment. No bonuses , no turkeys , and no raises. No incentive. Prices have gone out of my grasp. Please, revisit wages.

Review from Marketing Dept

Company makes you use personal phones, personal time to do your job

Review from Sales Dept

Hope this company implodes from the inside this is the most unethical and bankrupt if have ever worked for

It would be nice if there were annual raises. In lue of Covid, it would have been nice to get extra pay; hazard pay. We work directly with the customers/members.

Review from Marketing Dept

Pay is miserly, benefits non-existent

Review from Marketing Dept

My pay doesn't equal my worth. I bring knowledge and skills to the department i work for. Im undervalued.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love my benefits but it would be nice to have a choice of medical insurance

Review from Sales Dept

i feel that towards the end , the supervisor was asking me to lift a 200lb trashcan cause she said it was part of my job when it wasn't added in my job description and it wasnt a possibility for me as i suffer from back pain and i stated that

Review from Marketing Dept

Driving to much causes your car to take damage. You dont get paid enough gas money. You do alot of heavy lifting, talking to managers, and knowledge of how to put together equipment and read plan o grams. It can be alot of work. Most merchandizer at that level are at 14 a hour to start.
